Why I Do What I Do
For years, I thought fitness was about looking a certain way.
Like many women, I believed I needed to be smaller, weigh less, and constantly chase the next goal on the scale. I spent far too much time believing my worth was tied to my appearance.
But everything changed when I stopped asking, "How small can I make myself?" and started asking, "How strong can I become?"
Strength training transformed so much more than my body. It taught me resilience, confidence, discipline, and what my body was truly capable of. It shifted my focus from restriction to nourishment, from punishment to self-respect, and from chasing perfection to building a healthier, more fulfilling life.
That experience changed the course of my life.
Today, I help women build strength—not just physically, but mentally too. My goal isn't simply to help you lose weight. It's to help you build habits that last, feel confident in your own skin, and discover just how capable you really are.
